As GetFeedback's Head of Design I am responsible for all product design as well as overseeing and contributing to all marketing design and brand efforts. In essence, I am the gatekeeper for anything that might be seen by a customer or prospect. While acting as the only individually contributing product designer I also manage a cross-functional team comprising of a product UX/frontend engineer, a marketing web developer, and marketing designer.
